Wild Woman Weekend

Yoga + Meditation Retreat

September 15-17th

Let’s wander where the wi-fi is weak so we can be seen and heard amongst our Sisters. Wild Woman Weekend is hosted by Holly + Natalie Wheeler, Co-Founders of Vasu Tribe Studio. The intention of the retreat is to honor, celebrate, and empower the Wild Woman that lives within you, in the company of like minded women. Deepen your connection to those you already know, and come ready to create lifelong friendships.

This 3 day retreat is located on Laurel Island, a private island located on Lake Pocotopaug in East Hampton, Connecticut, where the cell service is weak, but the connection to yourself is strong. There are 5 cabins on the island, each with a dock, deck and fireplace. This little piece of paradise has tucked away hammocks and swinging chairs to find time for yourself, and a community lodge where we will gather for meals, dancing, and yoga. There are paddle boards and canoes to sail around the lake with when you want to get out on the water.

Can I come for just 1 or 2 days? This retreat serves as a sacred space for you to settle into and transform. It is designed as a 3 day experience, each day with a different theme that builds off the day before, therefore we are not permitting partial stays.

Can I bring alcohol ? While alcohol will not be provided, feel free to bring your own!

I’m new to yoga, will is the yoga for all levels? Yes, absolutely. All the classes are accommodating for any levels of yoga experience, new or seasoned.

What are the shower/bathroom amenities? Every cabin has a bathroom and there are four showers on the island.

Who do I share a room with? Every guest has their own bed, some rooms are private, and some are shared. This is a great way to get to know your Sisters. Rooms are on a first come first serve basis. If you plan ahead, feel free to come with a large group and co-ordinate with us on getting your own cabin!

  • Please Note that all portions of ticket sales are non-refundable.

We can’t wait to have you on this retreat! To reserve your space, please email Natalie at yoga@vasutribe.com or call Holly with any questions at (860)993-7912.
